How to Book your Shuttle:

To make a reservation for yourself or a group, please contact Julian Shuttles and Transfers by email juliantransfer@yahoo.com or by calling at +501-635-5601. You may also fill out the customer information form and submit it for response in about 24 hours or less.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:

Rental Deposit & Payment Schedule:

Upon booking, there will be a 50% deposit required to confirm the reservation, if the booking is more than 60 days prior.

Full pre-payment of the booking is required 30 days prior to arrival. This applies to all bookings.

Cancellation & Refund:

Card holder has 24 hours to cancel full booking without getting any charges.

Cancellations 61- 90 days prior to arrival will receive a 95% refund of deposit less 4% processing fee.

Cancellations 31- 60 days prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund of deposit, less 4% processing fee.

Cancellations 15-30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit, less 4% processing fee.

Any cancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) of the reservation will forfeit all deposits.

No-show is not a cancellation.

No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of rental.

There will be no refunds due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest or
Acts of God, including Hurricanes.

Travel insurance is recommended.
